Shipping And Returns



At Storage Divan Beds we are confident that you will love your new bed so much, we always offer FREE delivery for orders over £99 .
All deliveries are pre-booked at a convenient time by telephone prior to dispatch. When the goods are ready to be shipped, Ourselves or the carrier will contact you to let you know that your order is ready and to book in your delivery on a convenient date.
All Free Deliveries are Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged on some items, additional charges apply so please call for details if required.


For any deliveries to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, additional charges will apply, please call for prices and availability as not all items can be shipped to these areas.
Please do allow up to 8-10 additional working days for the delivery if your order is being shipped over seas.


If you have noticed something is wrong after delivery, please contact our customer services team within 48 hours on 03301333554 Our team will then advise you on the next steps, which may include requesting photographic evidence from you of the damage/fault. This will help us to organise a resolve, return or replacement with the manufacturer/delivery partner.


At Storage Divan Beds we understand , just let us know within 7 days of receiving your new bed or mattress (make sure it’s not been used, hasn’t been assembled in any way, and back in the original packaging), and we can arrange the collection or exchange for you.
The collection charge is £39 regardless of the size of your order.
